February 27 more weight down!So, I've been doing well dispite the sick baby I've had at home. She was hospitalized and has been in and out of hospitals and doctors offices for weeks now.
I started at 278, now I'm at 257. I feel really good. I've been going to the gym and working out for 45 mins 4-5 times a week! I really have been enjoying the time by myself and feel good about my progress! I can't believe I've made it this far!
Woo hoo!
Erica February 17 one more thing!One more thing!!!! My family is now noticing the changes on my face and how I am losing! My sister and brother tell me everytime they can really see the change!!! It makes me very excited!
Erica finally back!Ok,
So I have done well and lost 12 lbs, but been slow to blog!
I had some health issues pop up the last two weeks, but I have stayed on track thanks to my family and friends.
I continue to stay under 1,500 calories a day, watching fat content and "point" content (weight watchers.)
I feel really good, I've been walking and since the weather has been so nice- I took the kids to the park and played with Emma! She's almost two and really fast. I was beat, but felt great about being able to keep up with Emma. Sat. I changed my break pad, this was a lot of work! I had to use all my muscles and was at it about and hour and a half (mainly because I forgot how to do and needed to check quite a few times!) Boy, were my arms sore! After that I played catch with my sister who starts softball again soon! My arms were so sore but I feel great knowing I was a busy as I used to be before my weight gain!
I weighted in- when I first started, I weighted 278, I'm now 260!!!!!! I feel so good!
